NZDFA 2025 Elections | Issue 206

There are two vacancies for the NZDFA Executive Committee and two vacancies for the Selection and Appointments Panel (SAP). These positions are elected by voting from the NZDFA membership base (full, levy paying, life and elected members are eligible to vote – please ensure your membership subscription is current).

Timetable:

• Nominations open (notice in DFA newsletter) Thursday 13 February
• Nominations close 5pm, Friday 4 April
• Confirmation if election required By Monday 7 April
• Voting Opens Tuesday 22 April (morning)

There are two vacancies for the DINZ Board for producer appointed directors.  These positions are appointed by the SAP (comprising the NZDFA Executive Committee and four elected SAP members).

Timetable:

• Nominations open (notice in DFA newsletter) Thursday 13 February
• Nominations close – date to be determined but before the NZDFA AGM
• Nominees may address the NZDFA AGM, Wednesday 14 May
• Nominees are interviewed by the SAP – date to be determined but typically in June. Nominees are advised of the outcome as soon as possible
