The 2025 Deer Industry NZ industry conference makes a return taking place in Queenstown and celebrates 50 years of NZ Deer Farmers Association. A highlight of the conference will be the awards dinner which will feature presentations to the winners of the Matuschka, Deer Industry and Environmental Awards, as well as announcing the winners of the MSD Photo Competition.

This field day will look at the benefits of farming mixed livestock species for farmers who are looking at new opportunities, (i.e. introducing deer, sheep, or beef into their system).
